Workflow Automation & API Integrations

Connect business tools and reduce repetitive data entry with scoped automation, notifications and reporting workflows.

Identify the repetitive step

Automation begins with a process that is already understood. We work with you to identify what starts the workflow, which data is required, who needs to approve an action and what should happen if a step fails. A useful starting point may be one repeated task rather than an entire department.

Example automation projects

A website enquiry can become a structured record for follow-up. An order status can trigger a notification to the appropriate team member. Reporting data can move between compatible systems on an agreed schedule. These are example applications; the final design depends on the APIs and access available in your tools.

Check compatibility before building

We assess API documentation, authentication methods, usage limits and subscription requirements before confirming an integration. Some products restrict access or require a paid plan. Those costs and limitations are included in the project discussion, rather than assumed away.

Plan for exceptions

A workflow should account for missing fields, duplicate requests and temporary service failures. We agree on validation, retry behaviour where appropriate and a way to see when a run needs attention. Actions that need human judgement can remain behind an approval step.

What we need to assess your idea

Share the tools you use, the manual steps you repeat, how often they happen and the result you want. Use example data with confidential details removed. We will suggest a focused initial scope and discuss implementation, testing and maintenance. Our homepage includes a visual enquiry-workflow demonstration; it is a simulation rather than a connected production integration.
